fa تحلیل و بررسی باند ممنوعه و باند کر در ساختار بلور فونونی دو-بعدی نیترید بور Analysis and Investigation of the Band Gap and Deaf Band in the Two-Dimensional Boron Nitride Phononic Crystal عمومی General پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">در این مقاله، باند ممنوعه و باند کر در ساختار بلور فونونی دو‑بعدی شبکه نیترید بور مورد بررسی و ارزیابی قرار گرفته است. نتایج حاصل بیانگر این‌است که پهنای باند ممنوعه به‌شدت به ماهیت مواد و تضاد بین ویژگی‌های فیزیکی اجزاء و زیرلایه و نیز هندسه ساختار وابسته‌است. ساختار نیترید بور با مشخصات <math xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML"><semantics><mrow><msub><mi mathvariant="normal">a</mi><mn>1</mn></msub><mo>=</mo><mn>2</mn><mi mathvariant="normal">/</mi><mn>5</mn></mrow></semantics></math>a1=2/5 میلی‌متر، شعاع پراکنده‌کننده‌های <math xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML"><semantics><mrow><msub><mi mathvariant="normal">r</mi><mn>1</mn></msub><mo>=</mo><mn>0</mn><mi mathvariant="normal">/</mi><mn>4</mn><msub><mi>a</mi><mn>1</mn></msub></mrow></semantics></math>r1=0/4a1 و <math xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML"><semantics><mrow><msub><mi mathvariant="normal">r</mi><mn>2</mn></msub><mo>=</mo><mn>0</mn><mi mathvariant="normal">/</mi><mn>2</mn><msub><mi>a</mi><mn>1</mn></msub></mrow></semantics></math>r2=0/2a1 و ثابت شبکه <math xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML"><semantics><mrow><mi mathvariant="normal">a</mi><mo>=</mo><msqrt><mrow><mn>3</mn><msub><mi mathvariant="normal">a</mi><mn>1</mn></msub></mrow></msqrt></mrow></semantics></math>a=3a1 شبیه‌سازی و باند ممنوعه پدید‌آمده، نشان داده شده‌است. برای ساختارهای موردنظر، وجود باند کر در طیف انتقال در راستای <math xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML"><semantics><mrow><mi mathvariant="normal">Γ</mi><mi>M</mi></mrow></semantics></math>ΓM مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. موج مکانیکی خروجی از ساختار دچار تغییراتی نسبت به موج ورودی می‌شود که متأثر از هندسه و مواد به‌کار رفته است و می‌تواند اطلاعات مفیدی از غلظت مواد و خواص آکوستیکی ترکیبات به‌کار رفته را ارائه دهد. این امر در شناسایی مواد مفید است. نمودار باند انرژی و نمودار طیف انتقال، با در نظر گرفتن دو ماده آب و فولاد (استیل) برای ساختار جامد‑سیال و نیز آب و جیوه برای ساختار سیال‑سیال بررسی شد. شبیه‌سازی‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار کامسول و روش المان محدود انجام شد. در این مطالعه نشان داده شده است که طیف انتقال، اطلاعات دقیق‌تری نسبت به ساختار باند از وضعیت عبور موج مکانیکی از ساختار ارائه می‌دهد، زیرا باندهای کر شناسایی‌شده در ساختار باند، مربوط به انتقال صفر هستند.</div> In this paper, we investigate the band gap and deaf bands in a two‑dimensional phononic crystal structure based on a boron nitride lattice. The results indicate that the band gap is highly dependent on the material properties, the contrast between the physical properties of the components and the substrate, and the structural geometry. We present a boron nitride structure with the following specifications: a lattice constant of 2.5 mm, radii of scatterers of r₁ = 0.4 mm and r₂ = 0.2 mm, along with the simulated band gap. For the structures under consideration, we examine the existence of deaf bands in the transmission spectrum along the ΓM direction. The mechanical wave output from the structure undergoes modifications compared to the input wave, influenced by the geometry and materials used. These modifications can yield useful information regarding material concentration and the acoustic properties of the compounds, aiding material identification. We investigate the energy band diagram and transmission spectrum for two material systems: a solid‑fluid structure (water and steel) and a fluid‑fluid structure (water and mercury). Simulations were performed using COMSOL Multiphysics software implementing the finite element method. This study demonstrates that the transmission spectrum provides more precise information than the band structure regarding mechanical wave transmission through the structure, as deaf bands identified in the band structure correspond to zero transmission. بلور فونونی, شبکه نیترید بور, ساختار سیال-سیال, ساختار جامد-سیال, باند کر.
